Privacy
I’m Jack Harris. If you contact me through this website, I use your name, email and message to respond to your enquiry and discuss any work you ask about. Sending a message doesn’t subscribe you to a mailing list.
I handle business enquiries on the basis of my legitimate interest in responding to people who contact me. Where you ask about entering a contract, I also use your details to take those steps at your request.
The website is hosted by Vercel. Resend delivers enquiry emails, my email provider handles correspondence, and Supabase stores enquiry records. These providers process information to supply those services. Where information is processed outside the UK, their data-processing terms provide international-transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where required. Contact me if you’d like details.
Enquiry records are kept for as long as they’re needed to handle the conversation, any resulting work, and applicable legal or accounting obligations. The appropriate period depends on whether the enquiry becomes an ongoing business relationship.
Basic website analytics
I use Vercel’s cookie-free Web Analytics to understand aggregate website usage and improve the site. It records page visits and information such as referrer, browser and broad location. I don’t send your name, email or message to analytics, and this site doesn’t use LinkedIn advertising tracking or Mixpanel. You can turn analytics off on this browser below.
