The Articulation Method

I wrote this guide around building the AI readiness scorecard. It records an earlier stage of my work: capturing operating knowledge, turning it into a brief, and building from it.

The scorecard has been retired. I’ve kept the original PDF as a historical record, including its case study and the tools I used at the time.

The useful part still stands. Knowing your business and making your judgement clear matters. Speaking to an agent makes that easier to capture; it doesn’t decide what the company should promise.
